• We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
• Use of custom API keys is at your own risk and subject to those providers' terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKETVIEW360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
